Their Story
Kile and I met in Lake Hall. I was one of the RAs and he was a resident. We started hanging out through hall events and eventually began to spend more and more time together. The more time we spent together the more we just clicked. He was like the male version of me and I was always amazed how he could always tell what I was thinking even if I didn’t know myself. We have been together for 3 years now.
The Proposal and Marriage
Kile proposed to Casey on October 17, 2020 on the ‘K’ in Risman Plaza. Kile invited all of Casey’s friends to be there and one of them even got drone footage of the whole thing. It was the most perfect proposal complete with the most perfect ring which features a sapphire (blue because go flashes!⚡️) They are planning to get married in November 26,2022.
How Casey and Kile Remain Connected to Kent State
Casey and Kile love to cheer on the flashes at sporting events, especially basketball. Many of their first dates were attending basketball games at the MAC!
