An Honors College Romance
Your Story
We met in 1994 in the Honors College and our romance was simply "meant to be." After dating for 3 weeks we knew we were going to get married. Our experience at KSU was enhanced by Krista's service as a student trustee. Getting to know the president and board members was a real treat. We now live in Stow with our three children. Jeremy works at WhiteSpace Creative in Akron, while Krista is a substitute teacher.
The Proposal and Marriage
We were married at Riverwood Community Chapel in Kent on June 27, 1998.
How do You and Your Spouse Stay Connected to Kent State as Alumni?
Jeremy served on the Honors College Alumni Board and we have been invited back annually as Krista is a former board member to hear what's happening and to connect with the current board members. In a Kent State coincidence, our first child, Blake, was born on May 4. We REALLY never forget!
