Eric Evans
Biography
Eric Evans, joins our Kent State Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship staff as a Graduate Career Coach with a focus on our Master of Business Analytics Program. Eric’s broad experience working across multiple geographies, and industry sectors has honed an ability to effectively understand, and assist students with their career development. His Career Advice work started in University College London, where he managed the International Student Program and the City Course, a weeklong course of experiential learning taking 100 University of London students through their career options in Finance. As the Interim Assistant Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations at Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University, Eric enjoyed helping students identify connections and themes in their experience and successfully navigate their career search. Eric’s foundation of faculty and staff partnerships as the Director of Career Development at Lake Erie College made professional development part of the academic experience and increased student engagement and success. Eric has been recognized for adaptability to challenging situations, design of innovative careers programs and utilization of new technology to deliver results. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University and a Masters in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University. In his free time, Eric enjoys gardening, cooking, and hiking with his family.
