The Kent State College of Business Administration’s Online MBA program recently became the first and only Online MBA program in the nation to earn Quality Matters Program Design Certification. (QM) is an international, faculty-centric, nonprofit organization focused on improving design and certifying the quality of online and hybrid courses. According to the , the certification recognizes programs that are designed around measurable learning objectives or competencies. In addition to the College’s Online MBA program, the College’s Certified Business Advisor (CBA) Certificate also earned QM Online Program Design Certification.
