Â鶹´«Ã½'s Employee Wellness Program, Wellness Your Way, allows all full-time, benefits-eligible employees to earn up to $300 in incentives by simply participating in healthy lifestyle activities.
Eligible activities include completing your health risk assessment, getting your annual physical, participating in a health screening to "Know Your Numbers," as well as a variety of individual and group activities. Health screenings may be completed on campus or with your primary care physician. Participation is voluntary.
The wellness reward program is divided into Tier One and Tier Two. Once an employee has fulfilled the requirements for Tier One or Tier Two, Be Well notifies the Employee Wellness Office so that the wellness bonus dollars, $150 per tier, will be added to the employee paycheck within two payroll cycles. Tier One wellness activities must be completed by June 30. Tier Two activities can be worked on simultaneously but bonus dollars cannot be paid out until Tier One activities are complete.
