To that end, the Division of Human Resources and its offer a host of wellness initiatives, such as Weight Watchers at Work, yoga, stress management workshops and more. Stress Management That Works — All Campuses — Jan. 28

We can’t avoid it; however, some of us have the ability to cope with stress in a more proactive way. This 1-credit workshop is a perfect way for faculty, staff, students and adult family members to achieve the success they have been looking for in their personal health and fitness journey.
Schedule Your Health Coaching Session — Next Onsite Session is Feb. 10
Be Well Solutions’ health coaches, certified through Wellcoaches of America, work with employees individually to help them reach their wellness goals. Health coaches have expertise in a variety of areas, including exercise, nutrition, stress management, tobacco cessation and general health. Onsite health coaching sessions will be available throughout the year, on select dates, to all full-time, benefits-eligible employees.
