JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise a team of seven professional staff that is composed of assistant residence hall directors, residence hall directors and front desk clerical coordinator. Together, we manage the day-to-day operations (room changes, programming, crisis management, etc.) of a fourth of the students living on campus.
