From Chef Daniels - "Hello my name is Robert Daniels and today I would love to shed some light on the Native American people and their cultures. From being displaced to dealing with violence, and betrayal, the native people of America have always offered a rich spiritual and communal lifestyle. Through food, I hope to give insight into how intimately tied the native people are to the land they inhabited."
Meal options include: Chilean Stew, Cornish Hen, Roasted Root Vegetables, Potlatch Salmon, Smoke Anasazi Beans, Sumac Roasted Veg, Chimayo Red Sauce, Sunflower Crunch Salad with Sunbutter Dressing, Loaded Green Beans, and Honey Roasted Butternut Squash.
