A Total Body Toning class will be offered every Monday in the summer semester, beginning June 27 from 12:15-1 p.m. at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
This class helps boost your metabolism by incorporating strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars and bands for a total body workout.
Please for each day you would like to attend. This program will take place in Studio I of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Membership is not required to attend, there is no cost to Â鶹´«Ã½ employees, and all fitness levels are welcome. Instruction is provided by Beth Michel, instructor at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
