Mietek Jaroniec, Ph.D., a professor in Kent State's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, was recently awarded the Medal of Marie Sklodowska-Curie by the Polish Chemical Society for his scientific achievements. 

The Â鶹´«Ã½ family truly showed their blue and gold spirit by donating a record breaking $426,000 for Giving Tuesday.

Several students and faculty members from Â鶹´«Ã½ at Salem began their fall semester with a trip to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in southern South Dakota.

The Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Trustees and the Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation unanimously approved the administration’s proposal for the most ambitious comprehensive fundraising campaign in the history of the university.
