During the Flashes Trick or Treat on Halloween, Kent State students could roam and find treats on three floors of the Kent Student Center and on the first floor of the University Library. Later, the Flash Activities Board welcomed students to the Boo Bash.
Kent State’s Elvis (President Todd Diacon) joined the fun by handing out treats in The Hub and on Risman Plaza.
