It's back! The Kent State Spring Food Truck Series, from University Culinary Services and a group of participating local vendors begins on Wednesday, April 3, and continues each Wednesday through May 1.
Each Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., Kent State will welcome a variety of food trucks and Kent State's own Fork in the Road food truck to Risman Plaza to share their unique menus with students, faculty, staff and the Kent community.
For April 3, the food truck will include Kent State's Fork in the Road, Mamacita's, So Co and Galaxy Grill. For the full schedule of activities by University Culinary Services for spring, follow this link.
