IN A FLASH: Young Fashionistas Take the Runway

Two student designers included fashions for children in their collections at the 鶹ý School of Fashion's Annual Fashion Show, which took place April 26-29.

The Annual Fashion Show highlights the outstanding talent of Kent State’s fashion design and merchandising students. Students submit work (everything from athletic wear to evening gowns) to a panel of industry experts, who decide which collections and looks will be presented on the runway. The School of Fashion's Annual Fashion Show is a key part of the senior year experience. Fashion students plan and organize the event every April as an opportunity to showcase and celebrate their achievements.

In 2023, 鶹ý’s Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising celebrates its 40th anniversary.
