Kent State and Gov. DeWine Encourage Students to Stay Home

StayHomeOhioKSULogoÂ鶹´«Ã½ students have the chance to share why it is important to them to stay home and help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine put in place a stay-at-home order on March 23 to reduce the transmission of the coronavirus. The governor’s office is asking for college students to participate in a peer-to-peer video talking about why they are choosing to stay home during this critical time and to promote the statewide #StayHomeOhio initiative.

Kent State students can create videos explaining why they choose to stay home and use the hashtags #StayHomeOhioKSU and #StayHomeOhio to encourage their peers to stay home by posting on their social channels.

You can download the #StayHomeOhioKSU logo for your video. Just right click on the image and “Save Image As.â€

Remember, we’re in this together, Ohio!
