鶹ý President Todd Diacon is on the move – literally – as part of his new video series called “What’s the Big Idea?” It will take viewers inside the latest research opportunities happening at Kent State.
In Episode 1, Diacon spends time traveling campus with Sara Bayramzadeh, Ph.D., Coordinator of and Elliot Professor in Healthcare Design from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. They look at how university researchers and students are preparing for the future of trauma.

Bayramzadeh’s team has won multiple awards with its trauma room designs, and more work remains as her team has moved into year three of a four-year, $2.5 million grant to research safer and more efficient trauma rooms.
