Kent State Tuscarawas University Band Presents Free Concert

The ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½ at Tuscarawas Band will present a concert, entitled β€œAround the World in 80 Minutes,” at 7 p.m. on November 19, 2019 in the Performing Arts Center. Auditorium doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The concert is free of charge and open to the public.  

 

β€œThe Kent State Tuscarawas Band has experienced significant growth in numbers over the last four years,” said adjunct professor James Graves. β€œOur ensemble now includes over fifty instrumentalists who are Kent State Tuscarawas students, community members and talented high school musicians. I am excited as I watch our members cultivate their passion for music as we rehearse, practice and perform together.”    

 

Directed by Graves, the band rehearses on Thursday's beginning January 23, 2020, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. For more information regarding joining the band, contact Graves at jgrave16@kent.edu.
