G.E.A.R. Awards
We are excited to announce our second annual G.E.A.R Awards!
Tuesday, March 18, 5- 7pm
Kent State Hotel and Conference Center
Nominee's are individuals who help "turn the gears" for a more equitable future. Their actions are instrumental in challenging the status quo around gender inequity to create a more equitable environment for all.
Some examples include an individual who:
- Is an innovative trailblazer doing groundbreaker work to more toward gender equity and/or,
- Has been chipping away at an issue of gender inequity, pushing to work forward to implement a new initiative, policy or legislation to create a more equitable environment and/or,
- Has already put something in place that continues to grow and positively impact gender equity in our community.
