Dr. Farer -Singleton is licensed psychologist and the Director of CAPS.  She provides leadership to CAPS and is highly dedicated to providing quality mental health services and wellness programming to students.  Dr. Farer-Singleton provides administrative and clinical supervision to CAPS counselors and psychologists.  She also provides clinical services to students, consults with faculty and staff regarding student’s mental health needs and participates in various university -wide committees to support students’ success.
