CTTE is one of a small number of teacher education programs in Ohio designed to prepare teachers as educators primarily in Ohio Schools in Career-Technical Programs.

This comprehensive program offers teacher licensure, a graduate degree, certificates, and a national occupational testing site:

The CTTE program sponsors a number of summer workshops, projects and events designed to assist Career-Technical Education professionals in upgrading and updating their professional practice.

To schedule a visit or for further question, email the CTTE staff.

Professional Licensure Disclosure:  This program area includes courses of study that are designed to prepare students to sit for applicable licensure or certification in Ohio. If you plan to pursue licensure or certification in a state other than Ohio, please review state educational requirements for licensure or certification and contact information for state licensing boards at Kent State's website for professional licensure disclosure.
