Reservation requests received after 5pm local time on the cut-off date, Monday, October 14^th will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on hotels limited availability.  Should the group fill its contracted room block prior to the cut off date additional rooms are subject to hotels rate (not the group rate) and very limited availability.

Disney currently provides exclusive After 1PM and After 5PM Twilight Tickets and special discounted multi-day tickets to Southeast National Conference attendees who are staying at the Swan Resort that are not available at ticket windows!

Tickets are valid 7 days pre, during, and 7 days post meeting dates.

Do I need to complete the daily evaluations to receive my certificate?

Daily tract evaluations will be emailed to the address used to register for the conference. Overall conference evaluations will be sent following conference conclusion on Sunday.. While daily and overall conference evaluations are not required to receive your certificate, your feedback is greatly appreciated and is used to plan future conferences. We ask, but do not mandate, that you complete them. 

When and how should I expect to receive my certificate?

Certificates will be emailed to the address used for registration within two weeks following the conference. 

I need to update my contact information!

If you have an address change or would like to update your contact information with our team, stop by the registration desk at any point during the conference and fill out a verification form with us. We will use updated information for future conference communications and to send certificates.

You don’t have to do a thing! We'll enroll you in the service using the phone number that you provide upon registration.
