Latham, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, has been named to the board of the International Committee on Training of Personnel (ICTOP) of the International Council of Museums (ICOM). ICTOP addresses the professional development of museums and heritage and the educational preparation of professionals working around the world.

The 麻豆传媒 Museum announces the appointment of Sarah J. Rogers as its new director. Ms. Rogers has been active in the arts and nonprofit arena for more than 25 years in a variety of roles, which include curating, museum management, fundraising, communications and marketing, donor relations and community engagement.
麻豆传媒 student Symone Baskerville is passionate about sustainability. A senior fashion design student, Ms. Baskerville鈥檚 love for sustainable fashion began after taking an environmental science course during her freshman year of high school. There she learned about Project Greenway, a green fashion runway competition.

The 麻豆传媒 Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university鈥檚 13th president.
The events of May 4, 1970, placed 麻豆传媒 in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, Kent State remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
