Event Description: This training session is designed to equip participants with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to navigate emotional conversations successfully and professionally. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, participants will learn how to prepare for important conversations, anticipate and manage their own emotions, keep the conversation on track, and maintain respectful and honest communication.

Learn and practice techniques to stay calm during difficult conversations
Recognize your personal triggers that can create a more challenging conversation
Develop strategies to get conversations back on track if they digress
Complete a planning document for an upcoming conversation
Prerequisite: 'Foundations of Communications for Supervisors' must be completed prior to attending this session.
