Module 2: Effective learning experiences start with the end in mind. This session will guide faculty in understanding their learners, analyzing learning needs, and designing with clear goals to ensure meaningful outcomes. Participants will explore how to distinguish between 'need to know' and 'nice to know' content while identifying when true learning has been achieved.
