General Statement
As a mature, Ph.D. granting department, the Department expects all tenure track Faculty (probationary and tenured) to be fully engaged in the graduate program. Such activities include teaching graduate courses, serving on thesis and dissertation committees, directing theses and dissertations, supervising and collaborating with graduate students on research, conducting research of their own and, as appropriate, with faculty colleagues, and, in the case of Clinical Psychological Science Faculty, supervising the Clinical Psychological Science work of graduate students in the Clinical Psychological Science program. In this context, the typical Faculty member in the Department is expected to function as a Full Member of the Graduate Faculty.
