Bids are documents created to tell the story of why you or your entity should receive what ever award you are bidding for. Bids should reflect the creativity and style of who created it. This is sometimes conveyed through a "Bid Theme", or an over arching idea or style through out the Bid. You can find Bid Examples and requirements for all current awards and open positions.
