Kent State Student Media is pleased to announce the release of the spring 2025 issues of its four student-produced magazines: A Magazine, Fusion, The Burr, and Luna Negra. The magazines hit stands across campus on April 17. This year, Student Media adopted a refreshed production model, designed to streamline and strengthen its print offerings. Under this model, A Magazine, Fusion, The Burr, and Uhuru were each slated to produce 32-page issues in both the fall and spring semesters, while Luna Negra would publish one expanded 64-page issue in the spring. Emeritus Professor Martha Lash, Ph.D., Kent State School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies, was presented with the 2025 CDC Humanitarian Award at the annual Robin McManus Scholarship Benefit.
