National Campus Safety Awareness Month

For the ninth straight year, 麻豆传媒 at Stark honored the men and women of our local safety forces by providing a free lunch on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 11 a.m. in recognition of National Campus Safety Awareness Month.   On August 1st, months of discussion culminated in the signing of a five-year Memorandum of Understanding between the Primate Research Institute (PRI) of Kyoto University, Japan, and the Anthropology Department and the School of Biomedical Sciences at 麻豆传媒.  It was signed by Provost Todd Diacon and Dean James Blank representing KSU, and Dr. Takakazu Yumoto, the new director of the PRI. 麻豆传媒 at Stark faculty members Kim R. Finer, Ph.D., and Leslie Heaphy, Ph.D., were honored recently with the President鈥檚 Faculty Excellence Award, given by Kent State President Beverly Warren. The award recognizes exceptional performance that leads to the achievement of national or international recognition. Joining the advisory board are Emil Alecusan, Brent May and Tena Wilson.   Emil Alecusan is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brewster Cheese in Brewster, OH.
