For Non-Ohio Residents enrolled in Kent State Online Programs and Courses
All 鶹ý online students should attempt to resolve complaints with the University before they contact their respective state agency. The 鶹ý Policy Register entry on “Administrative policy and procedure for student academic complaint” describes the appropriate procedures. The 鶹ý Office of Student Ombuds also provides information and assistance related to university policy, complaints, and grievances.
