The Kent Blossom Art Intensives welcome students and artists to campus to create art and learn from artists from around the world. 

Claire Bowman, assistant of print media and facilities coordinator at the University of Dayton, attended Kent Blossom Art Intensives (KBAI) twice, focusing on print media.

The School of Art Collection and Galleries at �鶹��ý are pleased to announce a new exhibit, Detumescence, Bedel Tiscareño. This exhibit will be on display, April 7–May 13, 2023, at the KSU Downtown Gallery, 141 East Main Street, Kent Ohio, there will be a reception on Friday, April 7 from 5-7 p.m.

Eight �鶹��ý School of Art faculty and alumni have been awarded the for 2023.

The Biennial Faculty Show runs from Jan. 17 through Feb. 10. 

School of Art adjunct professor and painting M.F.A. alumni, Sarah Esposito, will be opening her first solo show, “Into the Syncline”, at Kink Contemporary in Cleveland opening on February 18, 2023. The show will include elements of painting and collage landscapes that mirror the artist’s relationship with the natural world. “Into the Syncline” is inspired by the folds in the earth’s crust, like those that form mountains and islands. Sarah Esposito has examined these formations recently in Colorado and other regional parks.

The School of Art Collection and Galleries at �鶹��ý are pleased to announce a new exhibit “Nexo Entre Raíces / Nexus Between Roots” which will be on display January 27 – March 18, 2023, at the KSU Downtown Gallery, located at 141 East Main Street in Kent, Ohio.
