The Kent State School of Fashion Hall of Fame welcomes its newest inductee, Dame Zandra Rhodes. Called “a true icon, an inspiring artist,” and “the Princess of Punk” this acclaimed British designer has created her bold, signature fashions for Freddie Mercury, Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand, Princess Anne and Princess Diana.
She joins an illustrious group of inductees. Now in its 35th year, the Kent State School of Fashion Hall of Fame has inducted titans of fashion including Oscar de la Renta, Leonardo Ferragamo, Estée Lauder, Kenneth Cole and Omar Salam.
Rhodes will be in Kent for her induction into the Kent State School of Fashion Hall of Fame, which will take place Saturday, April 27, as part of Kent State’s Annual Fashion Show.
