Maghan Larkins currently serves as Web Content Coordinator within University Communications and Marketing where she is dedicated to enhancing the university's online presence, ensuring that information is easily accessible and engaging for students, families, and the Kent State community.

Maghan’s professional journey at Kent State began in 2015 when she served as an academic advisor in the College of Education, Health, and Human Services (EHHS). This early experience instilled a deep passion for guiding and supporting students.

She brings a unique perspective to University Communications and Marketing after serving as an Assistant and Associate Director in Student Success Programs and, most recently, an Associate Director for University Orientation within the Admissions Office. In these roles, she designed and implemented university-wide transition programs, Destination Kent State New Student Orientation and KSU Kickoff. These responsibilities allowed Maghan to shape the initial experiences of new students and their families, ensuring a seamless transition into university life and setting the stage for their academic journey.

Maghan holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, both earned at Â鶹´«Ã½.
