Social media platforms are used to extend the Â鶹´«Ã½ brand and foster engagement with current students, prospective students, alumni and other audiences of the Kent State community with the following goals in mind: customer service, peer to peer assistance and communication and information sharing, including crisis communication.
SERVICES & SUPPORT
Kent State's social media team provides guidance and resources for social media administrators as they are building content, strategies, monitoring conversations and measuring success.
