• Parties are scheduled in 2-hour blocks with a minimum of 1-hour between parties.
• Reservation times as follows can be flexible and may vary with SRWC hours and holidays:
  • Fall/Spring
    • Fridays
      • 5 - 7 p.m. or 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
    • Saturdays & Sundays
      • 1 - 3 p.m.
      • 4 - 6 p.m.
  • Summer
    • Fridays
      • 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
      • 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
    • Saturdays
      • 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
    • Sundays
      • Closed
• Reservation includes admittance for 30 total attendees. Additional passes can be purchased at the Member Services Desk on the the day of the party.
• One chaperone is required for every 10 participants under 18 years of age.
• Theme decor can be included for an additional fee (see rates below)
