Rental Policies

  • Facility rentals are available for a minimum of one hour.
  • Discounts may be considered for long-term rentals (more than three dates).
  • Area hours vary depending on request (adventure center, pool, etc)
  • Exclusive use of an area can be scheduled during low membership usage or after hours. 
  • Rentals prior to the facility opening or after closing will be charged an additional staffing fee per hour that is not included in the rental rate.
  • Additional staffing costs may be incurred due to the size of group and/or need for facility clean-up and maintenance.
  • Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. All reservations that provide less than two weeks notice will be charged a $15 late fee (with exceptions) 
  • Reservations will be made under an individual or organization. 

Reservation Process

  1. Initial requests for reservations can be made by phone or in person at least one week in advance.
  2. When the request is scheduled, a quote will be emailed listing the dates, times and areas that are reserved.
  3. If everything looks good, then the quote needs to be approved either by phone or email.
  4. Upon receiving confirmation for the quote, the SRWC facility contract and invoice will be emailed.  
  5. The invoice must be paid within 7 days or your event may be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made. Details of payment options can be discussed with SRWC Reservations staff.
  6. The contract should be signed and returned prior to gaining access to the facility.  Student organizations will also need to complete the Student Organization Major Event Form.
  7. Waivers should also be signed and submitted prior to gaining access to the facility.
