The Santa Claus Express has arrived in Carson, California! Join the Southern California Alumni Chapter for a ground tour of the Goodyear Blimp airship base during the tire maker's annual Toys for Tots event. The event will feature a food vendor on site selling tacos and Pepsi products, plus there will be activities for children and—most importantly—Santa and his elves! Participants will also have an opportunity to enter a sweepstakes to win a Goodyear Blimp ride. Toy donations are encouraged but not required.

Multiple buildings on Â鶹´«Ă˝â€™s Kent Campus were affected by a strong natural gas odor on Nov. 19, leading some employees and students to vacate their buildings temporarily.Kent State Police said crews working in the area were completing a scheduled bleeding of gas lines, which caused the odor.
