Â鶹´«Ã½ Psychology Professor Joel Hughes strives to find treatments through his research in psychological factors and cardiovascular disease. Hughes was honored with a 2016 Outstanding Research and Scholarship Award, along with two other Kent State faculty members. Following a national search, Â鶹´«Ã½ has selected F. Jack Witt III as its new vice president for human resources. A Kent State alumnus, Witt currently serves as vice president of human resources and administration at Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio. He joins Kent State on Sept. 6.
