Foundation Board of Directors Nomination Form
Completing the nomination information form will allow the Governance Committee of the Foundation Board of Directors to give consideration to a candidate’s nomination. Nominations are accepted throughout the year and vacancies are filled in the spring for a three-year term beginning the following academic year.
A member of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation Board of Directors is appointed to hold the position based on demonstrated involvement, support and commitment to Â鶹´«Ã½. In accepting the appointment, an individual agrees to fulfill responsibilities associated with board membership. These responsibilities include attendance at board meetings, involvement in Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement activities and an annual donation to Â鶹´«Ã½.
Board positions require a commitment of time and energy that should not be underestimated. Candidates are encouraged to consider personal and career priorities in addition to their desire to contribute to the strategic goals of the Foundation and University.
