Some of Kent State's smallest Flashes took steps to help fund a unique part of their learning experience at Kent State's Child Development Center. 

Each spring, students in Kent State's Child Development Center look forward to "Bioblitz." It's a day spent in the woods near their center with exploration, discovery and hands-on learning about nature. 

Curious, young minds from the Child Development Center enjoyed hands-on learning about the ways the world works during a visit to Kent State's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. 

A student from Kent State's Child Development Center inspired his class to donate to Kent State's CARES Center. 

On Friday, Oct. 27 Flash the Mascot made new friends at Main Street Kent's Family Friendly Halloween event. 

Young explorers participating in the Bioblitz event had an opportunity to learn about how drones can help ecology efforts. 

Patrick Tomaswick wants to be a police officer, but not just any member of law enforcement. He wants to be a Â鶹´«Ã½ police officer.
