Students learned about employment opportunities on campus at a student employment fair in January.

Students seeking jobs on campus attended a student employment fair at the Kent Student Center. 

Beth Smerchansky, a maintenance facility worker at Kent State, will earn a certificate after serving in a training program led by the Association of Building Contractors right on campus.

Kent State is tapping in to its talent pool of workers already employed by the university to meet the shortages of skilled maintenance workers.

Congrats to Eric Taylor, OTA Winner!

The combination of passing on a love of Earth science while acting as a mentor for students is a perfect match for Eric Taylor, associate professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at Â鶹´«Ã½ at Stark.
