Nikki Gasiewski, '26 (she/her)

Journalism Major

Nikki Gasiewski is a junior journalism student with political science minor from Cleveland, Ohio. On campus, she is a reporter for Kent Stater TV News where she gets to tell stories about the community both on and off campus. Through her reporting, she hopes to tell stories that reflect her community.

Additionally, she is involved in Alpha Lambda Delta, a national honors society, and the Broadcast Education Association, an academic organization for college-level broadcasters. This past summer she had the opportunity to be a backstage host for the Great Lakes Emmys Awards alongside some other Kent Stater TV News members. Being a backstage host was one of many opportunities she has had thanks to CCI.
