Kent State Welcomes New Record-Breaking Class

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, students have decided to come back to campus and in-person learning, a trend that is evident in the newest class of Golden Flashes, up 4% from last year’s incoming class. As incoming freshmen fill the campus, fellow Flashes can get to know their new classmates. The class of 2025 is filled with students from around the country and the world, with the highest average GPA on record at KSU and from a wide variety of backgrounds, whether that’s socioeconomic, race, gender or sexuality or more. With an increase in enrollment this year, and an increase in graduation rate last year, it’s become even more evident that as Flashes Take Care of Flashes, students and graduates can have the futures of their dreams.
