May is Better Sleep Month. The aim of Better Sleep Month is to encourage people to establish better sleeping patterns. Refreshing sleep is important for staying healthy. Better Sleep Month is supported by the Better Sleep Council, which aims to raise awareness about the benefits of better sleep and how poor sleep can disrupt our lives. The next Lunchtime Bike Ride will take place on Tuesday, May 9, from noon to 12:50 p.m., as Chris John from the Department of Recreational Services leads a 30-40 minute ride on the Kent Campus, as well as the surrounding community.
