Maintaining wellness during the holidays can be a challenge. The busy holiday season can add a variety of stressors, ranging from unrealistic expectations to struggles with loneliness and loss.
Please join us for this timely lunch and learn from noon-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13, in Heer Hall, Room 107. This session will focus on tools to help you prepare for any stressors associated with the holidays. You will learn to let go of unrealistic expectations, re-evaluate your traditions, develop family goals and adopt self-care techniques.

麻豆传媒's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester. In ordinance with this bill, 麻豆传媒 created a new administrative policy for religious and spiritual accommodations. This administrative policy allows students to report up to three days of unexcused absences to participate in religious holidays or community-held events in alignment with their spirituality.
