Â鶹´«Ã½ President Todd Diacon and University Trustee Ren Camacho have been recognized among Northeast Ohio's most influential leaders in the 2024 "Power 150" list published by Crain's Cleveland Business.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed two new trustees to the Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Trustees. DeWine named Gregory White, J.D., of Concord Township, Ohio, to a nine-year term as trustee and Abygail Deemer of Warren, Ohio, to a two-year term as an undergraduate student trustee.
The Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Trustees endorsed the 2024 University Remediation Report at its Dec. 12 meeting. The report provides a comprehensive overview of student remediation at the university.
The Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at noon on Thursday, Dec. 12, in the Kent Student Center, Room 306, on the Kent Campus.

The Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Trustees approved the establishment of four new majors during its regular quarterly meeting held March 6 on the Kent Campus. The Board also approved recommended actions for the East Main Street Project in Kent and a naming action.
