Choose Ohio First
Nearly $1 million in new scholarships will provide critical support to Kent State students in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Â鶹´«Ã½ has been awarded $1.5 million from the state of Ohio for the Choose Ohio First program that supports students in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Nick Potts is an upcoming spring 2021 graduate of the Kent State Honors College. He is a computer science major. Potts said he decided to come to Kent State because of the feeling he got when he stepped on the campus. He considered it a home away from home feeling.
